 Unfory, According to the information received, we have learned with regarts that a number of civilians were martyred and others were injured due to the shelling of the tourist area of ​​Parakhe Village in Zakho district.  While strongly condemn this crime, we extend our condolences to the families of the martyrs and wish the injured a speedy recovery.

 We declare that the martyrdom and injury of innocent civilians by any force or party under any go pretext and circumstancs is a crime and unacceptable.  A limit must be set so that similar incidents do not happen again and our citizens do not become victims of conflict and war between other forces and parties.  It is time for the Kurdistan Regional Government and the Federal Government to coordinate with each other to find a serious and fundamental solution to the causes of these crimes and disasters.
