KDP delegation attends CDU conference in Germany

KDP FR 5-12-2012 A delegation from the Kurdistan Democratic Party is participating in the 25th conference of the German Christian Democratic Union in Hanover, Germany. The KDP were officially invited by the CDU, whose president and German Chancellor, Angela Merkel, will be in attendance at this conference which is to be held on 4-5 December 2012. Members of the KDP’s delegation include Dilshad Barzani and Hemin Hawrami, who are representing the only party from Kurdistan-Iraq to be invited to this event. They expressed the greetings and best wishes for a successful conference from President of the Kurdistan region, Massoud Barzani Up to one thousand members from the CDU, 131 guests and more than one thousand journalists and media staff from other European countries are also attending.
