Head of KDP Foreign Relations Office participates in 37th Congress of Swedish Social Democratic Party

Hemin Hawrami is participating in the 37th congress of Swedish Social Democratic Party which is taking place from 3rd-7th April 2013, at the invitation of the Party in the city of Gothenburg in western Sweden During a meeting with Swedish Democratic Party’s president, Mr Stefan Iofven, Mr Hawrami expressed the greeting of the Kurdistan Democratic Party and wished them success for their conference. In attendance with Mr Hawrami, was Mr Kamal Nader from KDP’s office in Sweden and KDP Relations Officer Ms Lena Salah. On the side-lines of the congress, the delegation attended, along with the other participating delegations, several workshops on the experience of Swedish Social Democratic Party in many areas, mainly economic and social development, international relations and the areas of cooperation between the Swedish party and many parties and liberation movements in the world. Mr Hawrami held brief discussions with other foreign delegations participating in this congress. The congress opened on 3rd April in the presence of more than 350 delegates, representatives from other Swedish parties and 24 foreign parties who are friends of the Swedish Social Democratic Party from various countries of the world.
