President Barzani receives Dr. Freyad Fazil

 President Masoud Barzani received Dr. Freyad Fazil, a professor of Kurdish language, literature and history and founder and president of the Kurdish Studies Institute in Berlin. 

 In the meeting, President Barzani congratulated Dr. Feryad Fazil achievement of the German Cross of  Merid award by the German President and expressed his appreciation for his efforts and writing scientific works that have played an important role in the development of Kurdish language and literature.

 In the meeting, Dr. Freyad Fazil thanked President Barzani for his support and said that he would present the award to the Kurdish people and called on the Kurdistan Regional Government to pay more attention to the Kurdish language and literature and its preservation and promotion.
