We appreciate this message and initiative of President Barzani as a continuation of the peaceful message of the late Barzani and we declare our readiness to implement the order of the President.

In view of the sense of national responsibility and taking into account the situation in the region, we will take practical steps to fulfill his important and honest orders and we express our full readiness to meet with all the parties on equal basis.
