Barzani talks of promoting relations between Kurdistan and France

The Chancellor of Kurdistan Region Security Council Masrour Barzani talked of promoting bilateral relations with France in a meeting with Ambassador of France in Iraq Dine Kuekh and French General-Consul Kurdistan Alan Kobikhat.

The two sides exchanged their views, where Ambassador Kuekh said Kurdistan is scoped with "importance" by France and wishes to strengthen relations.

Mr Barzani said France and the international community should have played in a bigger role of solving problems in the region.
