In the name of God, the Gracious, the Merciful

The Great September Revolution led by the late Barzani was the greatest nationwide, political and armed revolution of the People of Kurdistan to defend and consolidate the legitimate rights of the People of Kurdistan. The September Revolution restored the will and self-confidence of the Kurdish people and became a strong political, organizational and popular basis for the continuation of the Kurdish people's liberation struggle against oppression and occupation.

The September Revolution, with its stories and bravery, and the resistance of the leadership, Peshmerga and the masses, advanced the legitimate cause of the People of Kurdistan several steps forward and became an inspiration for the struggle for other stages of the Kurdish people's struggle.

On the 63rd anniversary of the outbreak of the Great September Revolution, we send thousands of greetings to the souls of the martyrs of the September Revolution and all the martyrs of Kurdistan. I also commend the sacrifice and hard work of all the Peshmergas, fighters and heroes whose fingerprints are visible in this national pride. These heroes have made history for their people and the lives and struggles of each of them are lessons of struggle and resistance.
