President Barzani emphasised the importance of historical relations between Kurdistan and Palestine

 

Kurdistan Region President Massoud Barzani received Ms Safa Nasradin, Palestinian minister of communications, and Mr Nazmi Hazzouri, Palestinian consul-general to Kurdistan.

Ms Nasradin expressed her delight in visiting Kurdistan and meeting with President Barzani, and passed the greetings of the Palestine’s President Mahmoud Abbas.

The two sides conversed on relations between the Kurdish and Palestinian people and the secure and stable condition of Kurdistan where Ms Nasradin praised the ongoing developments in the region.

Mr Barzani welcomed Ms Nasradin, gave his greetings well-wishes to President Abbas and emphasized the historical relations between Kurdistan and Palestine, stressing its support for joint action between the ruling parties.
