The Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP) has been officially invited to participate in the International Democracy Union (IDU) Forum, held in Zagreb, the capital of Croatia.

The forum brings together political leaders, diplomats, policymakers, researchers, and thinkers from across Europe, the United States, and other parts of the world to discuss major global developments and the challenges facing democratic nations in an increasingly complex geopolitical environment.

This year’s forum is hosted by H.E. Andrej Plenković, Prime Minister of the Republic of Croatia, with the participation of a distinguished group of international figures, including former Prime Minister of Canada Stephen Harper, former Prime Minister of Ireland Enda Kenny, Lord Ashcroft, and many other senior political and diplomatic personalities.

The discussions focus on several important themes, including “A Shifting World, An Enduring Alliance: The Transatlantic Relationship in a New Geopolitical Era,” as well as security, strategy, public opinion, and leadership in times of rapid global change.
