European Union in the Kurdistan Region celebrates their anniversary

Ms. Clarisse Pasztory, head of EU liaison office in Erbil, hosted Mr. Hoshyar Siwaily and members of the Kurdistan Democratic Party Foreign Relations office in Sami Abdul Rahman Park to celebrate the anniversary of the Treaty of Rome that laid the foundation of the European Union.

Attended by ministers, the diplomatic core, representatives of political parties and members of non-governmental organizations, the event was celebrated with music and art. The significance of the event was to draw attention to peace and with unity and strength, the Region can overcome its challenges.
