The head of Kurdistan Democratic Party Foreign Relations Office Hoshyar Siwaily visited the General Consulate of Palestine

Sunday 18th June Hoshyar Siwaily visited the General Consulate of Palestine.Ambassador Nazmi Hazouri received him in his office in Erbil.

Amid efforts to set out the process of Kurdistan Referendum due on 25th September 2017 and to explain the view point of Kurdistan Democratic Party towards this topic, Head of KDP-FRO Mr. Hoshyar Siwaily portrayed details picture on the motives behind the idea and explained the historic events that led Kurdistan Region to take this action. He also emphasised on the importance of unity among the different political parties and the nation alike in striding towards this aim. Mr. Hazouri on his part showed understanding to the wish of the people explaining it as a rightful dream of Kurdistan Region. He also set out the parallels between the struggles and history that tie the two nations strongly together.
