On the occasion of the conferral of the highest civilian honour of the Republic of Italy upon H.E. Nechirvan Barzani, President of the Kurdistan Region, we extend our warmest congratulations to His Excellency, as well as to ourselves and our people.

The granting of this prestigious and internationally significant honour is a testament to the position and influence of the President of the Kurdistan Region at both the domestic and international levels. It also reflects His Excellency’s efforts and initiatives to strengthen the diplomacy of the Kurdistan Region, consolidate relations, promote coexistence, and safeguard shared values.
