Kurdistan Democratic Party welcomes the new Counsel General of the Republic of Turkey to Kurdistan Region

Erbil, Kurdistan region, Iraq. Monday 8th January 2018,  a delegation headed by Mr. Hoshyar Siwaily head of Kurdistan Democratic Party's Foreign Relations Office visited Turkish General Consulate in Erbil.

Mr. Siwaily welcomed  Mr. Hakan Karacay to Kurdistan region thereafter he wish him success in his new assignment ahead after his appointment as the Counsel General of the Republic of Turkey in Kurdistan Region. Both parties emphasized the importance of bilateral relation and the history of those relations between the two sides. Furthermore, they discussed future collaborations to help improving the current bilateral relations.  

Mr. Karacay, thanked Mr. Siwaily and the rest of his guests for the visit and expressed his contented in being in Kurdistan and he expressed his concern in regards to the current Erbil-Baghdad quarrels and wish for a speedy resolution to all the differences based on the implementation of the constitution.
