Kurdistan Democratic Party Political Bureau sent a congratulation massage to all Christian on the occasion of Easter and the Assyrian-Babylonian New year.

On this occasion of Easter and Assyrian-Babylonian New Year we extend warmest congratulations to the Chaldian -Assyian people and all our Christian brothers and sisters in Kurdistan and the world. Wishing them peace and joy on this day.

This occasion is celebrated at the time when the problem of sisters and  Christians brother still pending and unresolved as a result of suffering and destruction caused by fighting imposed by terrorists. We hope a speedy resolution to the issues including the reconstruction of all cities and town and inhabitants will never again face deportation and mistreatment.

On this occasion we stress once again on the strong foundation of our ancient and deep rooted culture of coexistence, tolerance and inclusiveness without religious and ethnical discrimination. Al these values are part of the traditional and strong pillars of our society for which we are proud.  That is why we strongly support the diversity and inclusiveness between all religious and ethnic components and we wish them further strengthening in the future. The Kurdistan Region as always remains a quiet and peaceful home and homeland for them.
