On the legality of the work of those organizations that Baghdad stands in the way of their activities, the Coordinator of the Shams Network says: (There is no provision in the Constitution and the law that prevents activities of Kurdistan organizations, but after the events of Oct. 16, Baghdad took these decisions, where the Kurdistan organizations had a prominent and noticeable role in those areas and the federal government government could not prevent the work of those organizations.)
There are dozens of Kurdistan organizations that can provide and implement service projects, especially in coordination with international organizations in the areas newly liberated from in Ninawa, Kirkuk and other occupied Kurdistan areas. In this regard Mr Chato says: (decision to prevent the services of these organizations is a violation of the constitution and all the organizations need to be free and active in these areas)
