Head of KDP Foreign Relations Office receives Romanian Foreign Minister

The Head of Kurdistan Democratic Party's Foreign Relations Office Mr Hemin Hawrami today welcomed the Vice-President of Romanian Social Democratic Party and Foreign Minister Titus Corlatean and his accompanying delegation to the Kurdistan region.

Mr Hawrami briefed Minister Corlatean about KDP's ideology and its history, while focusing on the current political situation in Kurdistan, Iraq and the Middle-East.

Minister Corlatean voiced admiration for his trip the Kurdistan region and he hoped both parties will work together to create a relationship of solidarity, while stating he believes the opening of the consular office in Erbil will encourage more Romanian companies to develop relations in the region, help better understand on-site realities and facilitate cooperation in
