President Barzani receives Armenian Deputy Prime Minister

President Barzani, Today, in Saladin, receives Armin Kefor Gyan Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia, Armen Gevorgyan, accompanied with his delegation.

The meeting was also attended by the Iraqi Deputy Prime Minister, Dr Rozh Nouri Shawis.

President Barzani welcomed the visiting delegation and stressed that there is a common ground to strengthen bilateral relations between Kurdistan and the Republic of Armenia in political, economic, trade and other fields of bilateral cooperation. President Barzani stated that he hopes to see more Armenian businesses investing in Kurdistan.

The Armenian Deputy Prime Minister explained to President Barzani of his visit to the region, and stressed the cooperation between the two sides. He also mentioned greetings from the President and the Prime Minister of Armenia.
