His Excellency President Masoud Barzani Congratulats the new speaker of the Iraqi Council of Representatives

During a telephone call on September 17th,  President Barzani congatulated Muhammed Halbusi the new President of the Iraqi Council of Representattive on the occasion of his election and wished him success in his new post.
