Nechirvan Barzani the Prime Minister of the Kurdistan Region meets with outgoing Iraqi Prime Minister Haider Abadi

Nechirvan Barzani, the Prime Minister of the Kurdistan Region, On the first leg of his visit to Baghdad met with Dr. Haider Abadi, the Iraqi Prime Minister.

At the meeting the current political, security and economic situation in Iraq was discussed and ways of coordination and cooperation between Erbil and Baghdad in the field of chasing and eliminating terrorist cells were highlighted.

On the other side of the meeting, the two sides stressed that dialogue and talks within the framework of the constitution can solve the outstanding problems in the interests of all the peoples of Iraq.
