Kurdistan Region Security Council Chancellor Masrour Barzani meets with Romania Ambassador to Iraq
Chancellor Masrour Barzani received today a delegation led by Romania Ambassador to Iraq Iacob Prada. In the meeting, both discussed bilateral relations and explored ways to increase economic cooperation between the Kurdistan Region and Romania.
Chancellor Barzani welcomed Ambassador Prada's support for a strong, united Kurdistan Region part of a federal, democratic Iraq. In that regard, both had a candid exchange about differences within Kurdistani political factions and confidence building measures that could advance unity at home and in Baghdad.
The passing of Mustafa Barzani, and the grandeur of his struggle, remain for us an enduring call to continue our efforts until we attain all the rights of our people and our country
