Jordanian King receives President Masoud Barzani.

King Abdullah of Jordan received President Masoud Barzani and his accompanying delegation at the Husseiniya Palace.

 

During the meeting, King Abdullah expressed his satisfaction with the progress of relations between Erbil and Baghdad, saying that improving these relations is in the interest of all parties.

 

At the same meeting, they stressed the historical relations between the two sides and the need to continue and strengthening and expanded.  President Barzani and His Highness King Abdulla emphasized on continue to cooperate and have strong coordination in the fields of war against terrorism and works to root out terrorist’s ideology and cause of extremism.

 

As well as highlighting the economic and trade relations between the Kurdistan Region and the Kingdom of Jordan.
