Culture and diplomacy play an important role in bring people from different nations and language together. To learn more about the culture and music of Kurdistan, the Kurdistan Democratic Party's Foreign Relations Office on 28/4/2019 held a cultural evening for classical music performed by the Kurdistan Orchestra. The ceremony was attended by representatives of foreign countries in the Kurdistan Region.

Kurdistan has a high culture and rich arts, but successive Iraqi governments of Iraq had a single policy is to prosecute and kill innocent people and occupation of land and the bombing and destruction of cities and towns of Kurdistan and eradicate the culture and the history of the people of Kurdistan.

It has always been trying to erase the culture of Kurdistan, but the Kurdish artists and intellectuals have always been side by side with their brothers Peshmerga, fighting in the battlefields to obtain the legitimate rights of the people of Kurdistan as well as the preservation of Kurdish national culture and art.

The musical evening was presided over by Mr. Ahmed Rwandzi and with the participation of dozens of talented young musicians, the great artist Farhang Ghafoor presented a great Kurdish song with a wonderful voice.

In the current global situation, music,  symphony and Orchestra has a great influence on the development of cultures and closer relations among people and nations, and it has an economic benefit, and we as the people of Kurdistan must benefit from our rich culture and make it an important source to serve the people of Kurdistan.
