President Barzani meets KDP and PUK political bureau

Kurdistan-region President Massoud Barzani today met with the political bureaus of the Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP) and the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan (PUK)

The meeting welcomed the results of President Barzani's talks with opposition parties on 17th January, and, discussed the proposals that were mentioned at the meeting

Both political offices of the KDP and the PUK confirmed their support for dialogue and to prepare a mechanism for managing strategy in order to preserve the unity of forces and Kurdish political parties.
