Message from President Barzani

There is no doubt that criminals and murderers of innocent people will, sooner or later, receive their just punishment.

It is true that the death of Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi will weaken the terrorists, but it is important that everyone realises, particularly the International Community, that the death of al-Baghdadi does not mean the end of ISIS. Therefor, it is essential that all parties are constantly aware and coordinating their efforts in the war against terrorism and rooting out its roots.
