Kurdistan President Meets with Gorran Leadership in Sulaymaniyah

Kurdistan Region President Nechirvan Barzani visited Sulaymaniyah on Tuesday where he met with Change Movement (Gorran) leader, Omar Said Ali.

The agenda of the discussions at Gorran headquarter is yet to be revealed to the media.

Barzani was accompanied by Vice Presidents Mustafa Said Qader and Jafaar Mustafa. He later paid tribute to the founder and former general coordinator of Gorran, Nawshirwan Mustafa, by visiting his tomb.

It was Barzani’s first official visit to Sulaymaniyah since he took office earlier this year.
