Your Excellency Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kadhimi

A fraternal greetings.

Your acceptance of the responsibility of leading the government in the midst of these internal, regional and international circumstances is a translation of courage and love for the nation and the people and this was the basis for the support of most of the political forces and parties in Iraq and the Kurdistan Region, whereas its parties, led by the Region’s Presidency, were adamant about supporting your mandate. We congratulate you on the trust the Iraqi Parliament granted you and will continue to support your government, which we hope will be a patriotic government in every sense, a government that will rise above racism and sectarianism, a government for all the Iraqis and addresses the challenges facing all.

We look forward to a process of political reconciliation initiated by this government and a commencement of addressing the priorities demanded by the Iraqis with their various national, religious and political affiliations, their parties participating in the government and the opposition masses on the street in order to lift the injustice from our country and restore its independent patriotic decision under the full sovereignty of its permanent constitution to strengthen the pillars of stabilization of civil security by rooting out terrorism and corruption from its roots in this country, which used to enjoy peace and safety.

Finally, please accept our sincere greetings and wishes for you and your government’s success in accomplishing your tasks. May Allah grant success.
