Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP) congratulates the newly elected president of The CDU party in Germany

The KDP’s Foreign Relations sent a congratulatory message to Mr. Armin Laschiet’s as the new leader of the Federal Christian Democratic Party (CDU) at the 33rd CDU Congress.

On 15-16/1/2021, the Christian Democratic Party of Germany Congress was held online with the participation of 1,001 people, and only the KDP delegation was officially invited to the Congress throughout Kurdistan

In his congratulatory message, the KDP’s Foreign Relations, on behalf of the leadership of the Kurdistan Democratic Party and the Kurdistan People’s Party, congratulated Mr. Armin Laschiet’s on his success and the 33rd Congress of the Christian Democratic Party of Germany.

We hope that Mr. Laschiet’s as the new president of the Christian Democratic Party (CDU), the Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP) becomes a motivation and a motivator for developing and strengthening friendly relations between the two peoples and the leadership of the Kurdistan Democratic Party and the Christian Democratic Party of Germany, particularly those that have a strong, friendly and historical relationship between the KDP and the CDU.
