President Barzani receives the Turkish Ambassador to Iraq

President Masoud Barzani received, on July 29, 2021 in Salahaddin, the new Turkish Ambassador of the Republic of Turkey to Iraq, Ali Reza Guney.

During the meeting, they exchanged views on the political situation, the latest developments in Iraq and the region, the upcoming elections in Iraq, and the dangers and threats of terrorism.

Relations between the Kurdistan Region and Turkey was another focus of the meeting.
