President Masoud Barzani receives the General Consul of South Korea in the Kurdistan Region.

President Barzani and Mr Kwang-Jin discussed the latest developments in Iraq's political and formation of next cabinet of the he federal government

President Barzani bid farewell to South Korean Consul General Mr. CHOI Kwang-Jin as his duties come near an end in the region. The consul general thanked the Kurdish people and the Kurdistan Regional Government for their hospitality and expressed his contentment with working in the Kurdistan Region. 

 

Also, in addition to pointing out the role of Zaiton Group in building relations between the Kurdish people and the Korean people, emphasis was placed on deepening the relationship. 

 

President Barzani considered the South Korean Consul General as a close friend of the Kurdish people and wished him success in his future endeavors.
