A statement from the Spokesman of the Kurdistan Democratic Party

Today's decision by the Iraqi Supreme Federal Court to overturn the decision to halt the work of the elected presidency of the Iraqi House of Representatives was a positive step and the right decision. The first session of the Iraqi House of Representatives was legal and constitutional. 

 

The decision will speed up constitutional steps and insure Iraq's political process follows its natural and correct path.
