President Masoud Barzani and Muqtada al-Sadr discuss the political situation by telephone.

On the evening of Tuesday, January 25, 2022, President Masoud Barzani discussed with Muqtada al-Sadr, leader of the Sadrist Movement by telephone the political situation and the latest developments occurring in the political arena.

During the telephone conversation, it was stressed that cooperation and convergence between the components should be achieved in order to reach Iraq's interests.
