 Thursday, February 17, 2022, President Masoud Barzani and Said Muqtada al-Sadr, the Head of the Sadr Movement, discussed Iraqi political developments.

 

In the phone call, both leaders talked about taking the necessary steps and cooperating with the stance of the trilateral strategic coalition at the current stage in order to achieve the formation of a majority national government. The two agreed on the need for the trilateral coalition constituents to gather in the coming days.
