In the name of of God the Merciful

President of the Republic and Chairman of the Leadership Council.
My comrade salutations, and I introduce myself as one of the loyal citizens.
I appeal to you, in the name of Ba'athist justice, to take care of my need, which made me sleepless day and night, and I was disappointed, and when I found no refuge but you, I presented this problem to you, in the hope that it might gain your attention.
Sir /
I am the undersigned Assi Mustafa Ahmed, who returned from captivity on 9/24/1990, a reservist soldier, born in 1955. I participated in the glorious battle of Saddam’s Qadisiyah in the Shush sector, and I was captured on 3/27/1982 and remained in captivity until the decision to exchange prisoners was made, then I returned to Iraq, and kissed the soil of the beloved homeland, and knelt before the portrait of the victorious leader, Saddam Hussein. In my heart was the overwhelming eagerness to reach my family and meet them after a long absence. However, I was disappointed when I couldn’t find my family. I found my house empty from my wife and children. But to my disastrous and horra , I was informed that the whole my family fell into the hands of the Anfal forces in the Anfal operations that took place in the northern region, which led by comrade Ali Hassan al-Majid, and I do not know anything about their fate. My family members are:
1. Azima Ali Ahmed, born in 1955, my wife
2. Assi Mustafa’s puppy, born 1979, my daughter
3. Fereydoun Assi Mustafa, born 1981, my son
4. Rokhush Assi Mustafa, born 1982, my son.
Therefore, I have brought this petition to you, pleading you to have sympathy with me and to inform me of their fate.
May God bless you and protect you,
With my appreciation and respect
