On the occasion of the end of the 11th Congress of the Kurdistan Workers' Party and your election as secretary of the party, I congratulate you, your leadership, cadres, members and supporters. I wish you and your party continuous success and progress.

 

I hope that the decisions and recommendations of your Congress will further serve the legitimate cause of our people, the political process, multilateralism, brotherhood and harmony between the political parties in Kurdistan.
