A message from President Masoud Barzani

We strongly condemn last night's cowardly attack on Hawler, which is a crime against humanity.

 

Abhorrent lies and deceptions will not stray from the true intentions of the attack.

 

We emphasize the way in which the old Hawler resisted Hulagu, we will be defiant in the faces of the new Hulagu and will not bow.

 

I ask the people of Kurdistan to stand firm in the face of these threats and attacks.
