‏President Masoud Barzani and Said Muqtada al-Sadr spoke via phone on the latest developments in Iraq

On Wednesday, March 23, 2022, President Masoud Barzani made a phone call to Said Muqtada al-Sadr, to congratulate the statement made by the majority (National Liberation Alliance) bloc. They also exchanged views on the announcement of candidates for the presidency and the prime minister of the Federal Government of Iraq as well as the Council of Ministers.
