President Barzani: “Non-compliance of Constitution by Iraqi government is basis of problems in Iraq”

President of Kurdistan-Region Massoud Barzani received a delegation of students from the Diplomatic Academy in Vienna.

The delegation was welcomed by Mr Barzani, who briefed them on the historical stages of the region, the experiences of the Kurdish people and the Iraqi state. He discussed the non-implementation of the Constitution in Iraq and by Iraqi government is the causing-basis of the problems.

Mr Barzani requested the delegation to integrate political and historical communications to the Academy to become part of their activities.
