President Masoud Barzani received a telephone call from the Prime Minister of Iraq.

On Sunday evening, May 1, 2022, Iraqi Prime Minister Mustafa Kazimi called President Masoud Barzani by phone.

In the phone call, the Prime  Minister congratulated President Barzani on the end of Ramadan and hoped for stability and happiness for the Kurdistani people and friendship among all Iraqi people.

The latest security developments and missile attacks on one of the refineries in Khabat District near Erbil by terrorist gunmen were discussed, and the Prime Minister of Iraq emphasized that the Iraqi security forces will punish the perpetrators of this crime and also stated that committing such assaults and crimes strengthen the will of the Iraqi government to enforce the law and crack down on terrorism and crimes.
