President Barzani meets Kurdish officials in Parliament to discuss the latest developments of the political process in Iraq

Kurdistan-Region President Massoud Barzani met with Kurdish ministers in the federal government and the leaders of the Kurdish blocs in the Iraqi Parliament. 

The meeting discussed the latest developments of the political process in Iraq, and the debate over how to treat Kurdistan in the current on-going Iraqi political crisis.

A drafting committee of the territorial problems between the Kurdistan-Region and Baghdad, produced a letter through a delegation to visit Baghdad, involving representatives of parties in Kurdistan.

It was emphasized that the position of the territory is determined by how the federal government in Baghdad is concerned about the demands of the Kurdistan-Region.
