Kurdistan-Region Prime Minister Nechirvan Barzani announced at a press conference the outcome of his visit to Baghdad

Mr Barzani said a framework on the basis of dialogue was needed in all aspects to resolve the issues of the current political crisis and has assigned committees to begin functioning before the two prime ministers meet for future talks in Baghdad. The 7 key propositions, for launching the dialogue, as follows One: Set up a joint commission to resolve the oil and gas law based on the previous agreement signed in February 2007 between the two sides. Two: Amendments to the budget for the year 2013. Three: Address the problems of the Tigris. Ninewa operation leaders will be controlling the security in the disputed areas by Kurdistan-Region and Baghdad. Four: Both sides to ratify a draft law in the administrative boundary for cities and regions that have been changed in the era of the former regime within the policies of Arabization and ethnic and sectarian condition. This project presented by His Excellency President Jalal Talabani and sent to Parliament. Five: Record management of visas and airport jointly between the KRG and the federal government. Six: The federal government to compensate victims of the Anfal campaign and chemical uprising of deported Kurds who fled to neighbouring countries. Seven: Promoting cooperation and the exchange of information will be at the appointment of a representative of the Kurdistan-Region in Iraq and a representative of the federal government in the Kurdistan-Region
