President Masoud Barzani visited the Kuwaiti Consulate in Erbil.

His Excellency President Masoud Barzani visited the Kuwait Consulate General in Erbil and expressed his condolences to the people and leadership of Kuwait and Consul General Othman Dawoud  on the passing of the late Emir of Kuwait Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah.
