KDP FRO discusses political situation with Finnish delegation, Dutch and Palestinian consulate

In a meeting with the head of Kurdistan Democratic Party’s Foreign Relations Office Hawrami Hawrami, a Finnish delegation consisting of members from Finland’s ruling party and the mayor of Hankou discussed the latest political developments in the Kurdistan-Region.

The delegation initially offered their congratulations to the KDP for winning a majority of Parliamentary seats in recent legislative elections.

For his part, Mr Hawrami thanked the Finnish delegation for meeting him before briefing about the current developments.

In addition, Mr Hawrami separately received the General Consuls of Palestine, Italy and coordinator of the Dutch Embassy in Iraq.

During the meetings of bilateral ties between the parties concerned, Mr Hawrami highlighted political process in Kurdistan, steps to form the next government and Kurdistan Democratic Party trends.
