KDP and Turkish Justice & Development Party discuss bilateral relations

THE Head of Kurdistan Democratic Party Foreign Relations Office, Hemin Hawrami, and his delegation were received by Professor Noman Kortolmosh, deputy head of Turkish Justice & Development Party in Istanbul.

During the meeting, which was attended by the representative of the KDP in Turkey, Omar Mirani and Lataw Barzan, Mina Sami from their Foreign Relations Office, Prof. Kortolmosh welcomed the delegation and offered his congratulations to the KDP leadership for winning a majority of seats in recent legislative elections, before moving on to discussing bilateral relations and ways to enchance the Kurdish-Turkish relationship.

The peace process in Turkey was another topic of the meeting, both sides stressed that the project does not meet all the rights of the Kurdish people, but it's a good start for the process.

Syria and the current situation and the Kurdish situation which was topics discussed by the parties in addition. Prof. Kortolmosh expressed his and his party’s greetings to President Massoud Barzani.
