KDP foreign office delegation in House of Lords meeting

Hemin Hawrami - Head of Foreign Relations of the Kurdistan Democratic Party led a delegation meetingThe Lord Clement-Jones CBE at the House of Lords in London.

The delegation consisted of Head of Communications at the FRO, Mr Sherko Habeb, Mr Dara Barawi, office member and Mr Kamal Amadi from the KDP UK branch.

Lord Clement-Jones congratulated the Kurdistan Democratic Party on recent Parliamentary elections in the region where the KDP emerged as winners. He spoke encouragingly of the ruling party that they are a courageous leadership in the welfare for the region and, he would be delighted to see a strengthened relationship.

In attendance at this meeting were Robert Woodthorpe Browne, Chair of Liberal Democrats International Relations Committee, and International Officer for UK Liberal Democrats, Mr Peter Lesniak
