President Massoud Barzani welcomes Said Amar Hakim, President of the Al-Hakim Movement.

The meeting exchanged views on the situation and the latest developments in Iraq's political arena, as well as the outcome of the elections and some proposals for the political process after the Iraqi parliamentary elections. 

 

At the meeting, President of the Al-Hakim Movement requested that President Barzani play a role in achieving political stability and bringing all sides to the negotiation table to establish next the government cabinet to serve the Iraqi people. Security and political developments of the Region were also discussed.
