President Masoud Barzani welcomes the new Ambassador of the Czech Republic in Iraq  

In addition to referring to the historical relations between the people of Kurdistan and the Czech Republic, the meeting emphasized the development of relations between the two in the economics, cultural and academic fields.

 

During the meeting, the political situation in Iraq and the events following the iraqi parliamentary elections were discussed, and both sides hoped the election results would lead to a positive change in Iraq's political process and stability and fulfillment of the people's wishes.

 

At the end of the meeting, President Barzani hoped for success to the new Czech Ambassador to Iraq in his duties and strengthen relations between the two nations.
