Hawrami receives delegation from British Embassy in Iraq

The Head of Kurdistan Democratic Party’s Foreign Relations Office Hemin Hawrami received a delegation from the British Embassy in Iraq headed by Mr Mark Bryson, deputy ambassador, and in attendance was Mr Hugh Evans, the British consul-general to Erbil.

During the meeting, both sides discussed the latest political developments in Kurdistan and Iraq, including the recent nationwide legislative and provincial elections, and the forthcoming government formation process. The regional government formation process in the Kurdistan was also an important topic

Mr Hawrami highlighted the KDP’s viewpoint of the political process in Iraq and on relations between Erbil and the central government in Baghdad.
