President Masoud Barzani welcomes the British Ambassador to Iraq 

On Sunday, November 28, 2021, in Salahaddin, President Masoud Barzani welcomed British Ambassador to Iraq, Mark Bryson Richardson.

 

The meeting, attended by British Consul David Hunt in Erbil, exchanged views on Iraq's political situation and the latest developments after the Iraqi parliamentary elections and efforts to form a new Iraqi government.

 

Relations between the Kurdistan Regional Government and the Federal Government and cooperation between the Kurdistan Peshmerga forces and the Iraqi forces to maintain stability and confront terrorism was another topic of the meeting.
