Hemin Hawrami, head of the Kurdistan Democratic Party’s Foreign Relations Office, received the Jordanian Consul and the Palestinian General Consul on separate occasions.
Hawrami welcomed the Jordanian Consul, emphasising the depth of relations between the two sides, and thanked the government of Jordan for their help and support for the people of Kurdistan with the war against terrorism. Throughout the meeting, which was attended by members of the FR Office, the Jordanian Consul spoke on the importance of bilateral relations between Kurdistan and Jordan, and also stressed on the need to rebuild security in the Region.
IN a separate meeting with Hawrami, the Palestinian General Consul, referred to the fraternal relations between the two sides and related the common struggle of their people for their legitimate rights, peaceful coexistence, and stability and tolerance, with Kurdistan. The Consul also referred to the development of relations between the Kurdistan Democratic Party, and Fatah.
The two sides discussed the current situation in Kurdistan, and the victories achieved by the Peshmerga against terrorist fighters.
