LONDON, The head of the Liberal Democrats Party Foreign Relations, Ian Gill, accompanied with Robert Browne, the chair of the International Relations committee, received Hemin Hawrami, the head of the Kurdistan Democratic Party’s Foreign Relations Office and his accompanying delegation.
During the meeting, Gill expressed his delight for the meeting, stressing the importance of bilateral relations between the two sides, and wished to continue the relationship by inviting the KDP to Liberal International’s annual conference, in Mexico.
For his part, Hawrami conveyed his pleasure for the meeting, stressing on the significance of the meeting, and to develop closer bilateral relations between the two parties. He informed them of the latest political and military developments in the region, as well as the current economic and refugee crisis in Kurdistan.
KDP FRO member Sherko Habeb, and Kamal Amedi the local committee official in London accompanied Hawrami during the meeting.
